How you react to stress?

 Yes, I do agree that I am very sensitive to stress especially these few years. Economical problem, family problem, working environment etc.......

How can I deal with those problems when there is no support.....Those senses of insecurity and nerve are the outcome of "negligent moms" which mentioned in the vid? Seems those stresses have already eaten parts of my brain in structure? in function? in size?.................

sleep restlessly...
irritable and moodly...
forget things...
overwhelmed....
Yup...those happens to me!

Could you pls give me a time machine and let me go back to the time that I was with my Dad? I want my Dad being with me and help me out from difficulties or give me advises....Maybe I lack of parental advises since my Dad left, that makes me lack of sense of security....

Could exercises really help me in stress relief?

Nivea Creme

This, Nivea Creme, is a really cute packaging  coming with a traditional, very original item of the brand.

I bought it yesterday and tried it today. Personally, I think the texture is similar to a deluxe soft cream of L× M××. Of course, I do believe the ingredients and formula are different, but this creme is quite multi-tasking...you can use it as a moisterizer, hair care, makeup remover etc.

Really want to know more about the special ways to use, hahahaha...

Love lipstick - PALMER'S cocoa butter lipstick

A nice lip color makes you look healthier and younger, sometimes brighter! 

After finishing my jobs today, I passed by COLORMIX and find this PALMER'S cocoa butter lipstick which comes wtih vitamins E! It helps moisturizing dry lip like me. A plus is, it is also with cherry color which is easy to wear and SPF 15! Lips can also be affected by UV ray, so it is needed to be protected!

Good to have them done in one step!

Another plus is, it is ok for adult and children. With this regard, it should be asafe product to use~

I passed by Watson Baby yesterday and promoter introduced the brand to me!

LAVERA is a brand for organic products from Germany which attracts me a lot, hahahahaha~surprisingly their products are not very expensive  you know, the word "organic" may leads to high price nowadays!

Actually I target to sunscreen cos my sunblock product is almost finished....but their sunscreen is out of stock...sigh....I cannot really live without sunblock!😢

However, I find below in Mannings Baby today! At a reasonable price, HKD119. Quite a good deal, right? It is okay to use on babies, so it is believed that it is relatively safe for us! Cool
